Cili888 is built specifically for Malaysian players — in a language they understand, with payment methods they already use, and a game library that reflects local tastes. This is more than just an entertainment platform; it is a community that grows alongside our players.
If you ask who founded cili888, the answer is straightforward — a group of Malaysians who understood how hard it was to find an online entertainment platform genuinely built for local players. Not a platform that hastily translates its interface into Bahasa Malaysia, not one that accepts MYR but takes days to process a withdrawal, and not one that offers no Malay-language customer support whatsoever.
That background is what inspired the founding of cili888. We wanted to build something that Malaysian players would feel was genuinely made for them — from a game selection that reflects local tastes to deposit methods every Malaysian is already familiar with, such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks.
Since the very first day of operations, cili888 has grown remarkably fast. We started with a few hundred members who believed in our vision, and today that number has surpassed 500,000 active players from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching to Kota Bharu. This growth wasn't driven by marketing campaigns alone, but by word-of-mouth recommendations from players genuinely satisfied with their experience at cili888.
What makes cili888 different? We believe in transparency. Every game on our platform uses a random number generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies, ensuring that every slot spin, every card dealt in live baccarat and every game outcome is entirely random and tamper-proof. This is not just a slogan — it is a core principle that underpins every aspect of cili888.
On the sports front, cili888 understands that Malaysian players have their own distinct tastes. We know how much the Malaysia Super League means to local football fans — it's not just EPL or La Liga. We know how passionate Malaysians are about badminton, especially when our own athletes like Lee Zii Jia or the doubles pair Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik are competing on the international stage. We know that e-sports — particularly Mobile Legends: Bang Bang through MPL Malaysia — is now a serious sport, not just casual entertainment. Coverage by cili888 across all these areas is the most comprehensive of any platform in the Malaysian market.
Team cili888 comprises over 200 staff working tirelessly to keep our platform running smoothly, our odds competitive, our promotions relevant, and our customer support responsive. Around 40% of our team works in security and compliance — a clear reflection of how seriously cili888 towards our responsibility to protect players and ensure every transaction is processed securely.
We also acknowledge that sports betting and casino games carry inherent risks. That is why cili888 invests heavily in responsible gaming programs — including daily and weekly deposit limit tools, personal loss limits, forced break options, and access to professional support resources for those who may be struggling with problem gambling. Entertainment should stay as entertainment, and cili888 committed to ensuring this remains the case on our platform.
Looking ahead, cili888 continues to plan for growth. New games from world-class providers, improvements to the mobile app, broader sports coverage including traditional Malaysian sports such as sepak takraw and wushu, and a more structured member loyalty program — all of these are in our development pipeline. Our vision is simple: to become the most trusted and most loved online entertainment platform for Malaysian players, for the long term.
Cili888 maintains a strict privacy policy. All personal information collected during registration and platform use — including your name, phone number, payment details and gaming records — is used solely for account verification, transaction processing and service improvement. cili888 does not share or sell your data to any third party without your explicit consent. In closing, we would like to express our gratitude to every player cili888 who have trusted us with their online entertainment. Your support is what drives our team to keep improving and refining every aspect of this platform. We're here to listen to your suggestions, address your concerns, and continue innovating to give you the best experience possible. Together, let's build a healthy, safe, and enjoyable entertainment community right here in Malaysia.
Cili888 was founded by a group of Malaysian entrepreneurs with a single goal: to build an online entertainment platform truly made for local players.
The Live Casino section featuring Malay-speaking dealers, along with a slots collection from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Playtech, was launched — receiving a warm reception from Malaysian players.
Match odds for the Malaysia Super League and BWF were significantly expanded. cili888 became the go-to choice for local sports fans looking for Sports Betting.
Cili888 was among the first platforms in Malaysia to offer live betting on MPL Malaysia, drawing in a new wave of younger players.
Cili888 today is Malaysia's most complete platform, featuring 500+ game titles, odds across 30+ sports and an active player community that logs on every single day.
Six things we do differently — and why they matter to you as a Malaysian player
A Bahasa Malaysia interface, round-the-clock Malay-language customer support, odds for the Malaysia Super League and comprehensive BWF badminton coverage — all of this reflects cili888's commitment to the local market, which international platforms so often overlook.
All games use RNGs certified by independent bodies. Transactions are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption. Anti-collusion and anti-bot systems run around the clock. cili888 never compromises on security or game fairness for any player.
Deposits and withdrawals are supported via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Minimum deposit is RM20 — funds are credited in under a minute. Withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours for regular members and 30 minutes for VIP members.
Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Playtech, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming and more — cili888 partners only with top-tier providers with a proven track record, ensuring a high-quality gaming experience for every member.
Every game and every feature on cili888 — including Live Casino, Sports Betting, poker and account management — runs smoothly on both Android and iOS with no need to download a separate app for each game. One account, one platform, all devices.
Cili888 provides deposit limit tools, loss limits, mandatory cool-off periods, and access to professional support resources. We believe healthy entertainment is responsible entertainment — and we're committed to ensuring every player stays in full control.

Cili888 meets internationally recognised standards within the online entertainment industry
One of the most common complaints we hear about other platforms is the difficulty of depositing and withdrawing funds. Complicated processes, long waiting times, unresponsive support — these are experiences that cili888 was committed to eliminating from day one.
At cili888, deposits can be completed in under a minute using payment methods Malaysians already use every day. No new account to open, no lengthy process to go through — simply choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and follow the straightforward on-screen instructions.
For withdrawal of winnings, cili888 processes withdrawal requests within 1 to 4 hours for regular members. VIP members enjoy express withdrawals in 30 minutes or less. We do not impose unreasonable withdrawal limits — your winnings are entirely yours.
At cili888, we recognise that online entertainment platforms carry significant responsibility. The ease of playing on a mobile device anytime and anywhere means the line between casual entertainment and unhealthy habits can become blurred for some individuals.
That is why the Responsible Gaming program is one of the biggest investments cili888 — not because we are required to, but because we genuinely care about our players' wellbeing. We have no interest in short-term gains that come at the expense of players who wager beyond their means. What we want is a long-term relationship with players who are healthy, happy and always in control.
All responsible gaming tools on cili888 easily accessible from your account settings and activated instantly once you set them. No questions, no complicated process — simply choose your preferred limit and it takes effect right away. We also encourage all players to only play with disposable funds not needed for daily expenses, and to set a reasonable time limit before starting each session.
